Cocoa Powder is a fine powder produced by the mechanical expression of fat and milling of properly fermented, dried and roasted cocoa beans, Theobroma Cacao. Cocoa is used in confectionery, catering, baking and beverages. Should be free of mould, moisture and infestation.
