Brazil Nuts

Brazil nuts shall be shelled, dried, mature kernels and not discoloured. They shall be of good appearance and acceptable texture and flavour.  They shall be free of mould, moisture, rancidity and infestation.  They shall comply with the Food and  Drug Regulations of all States in Australia.
