Succulent, pungent ginger pieces, drained and covered in a double layer of smooth no added sugar carob. Drained ginger is lightly dusted with rice flour as a preparation for enrobing with no added sugar carob.
NOTE: Ginger centre contains sugar, carob does not contain any added sugar
