Coriander is an annual herb. Ground coriander is made from the dried seeds. Retaining a herbaceous citrus flavour but with warmer, nutty notes unlike the leaves.
Ground coriander is a great addition to curries, soups and bean or chilli dishes. Add ground coriander to dishes. Combine with cumin and paprika, or any of your favourite spices, to make a dry rub or marinades, sauces and pickles.

Storage: Will keep for 24 months when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
