Couverture chocolate is very high-quality chocolate that's main feature is that it contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter, giving is a rich creamy flavour, while still being 72% cacao and contains no dairy so it's vegan friendly. Couverture is traditionally used for melting and tempering by professionals for dipping, coating, moulding and garnishing because of its smooth and shiny finish but can also be used in general baking or snacking.

Stores for up to 15 months in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Recommended between 14-16 Degrees C.
