Couscous is produced from selected durum wheat semolina, which is crushed and processed with water and flour before being sieved to form a golden coloured grain.
Couscous is very simple and quick to prepare. Leave couscous to ‘swell’, in equal parts water, covered on the bench for 5-7 minutes. Fluff with a fork and add some butter or oil and spices to flavour. It's a great accompaniment to curries and stews or added to a salad or roasted vegetables.

Storage: Lasts up to 12 months stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
